Kelly Ross holds a Master in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO) and is a member in good standing with both the Ontario Osteopathic Association (OOA) and OSTCAN, Osteopathy Canada. When working with Kelly, it will become evident that she is trauma-informed, has extensive training in anatomy and physiology, and is passionate about osteopathy and supporting your healing journey.

NOTE:

*After your Initial Assessment & Treatment session is booked, you will receive an email with a link to the Intake and Consent Form.

* This form must be completed on a computer and submitted PRIOR to your session.
*Appointments are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive one, please check your SPAM/JUNK folder, or contact the clinic.

Payment Methods & Insurance Coverage

Payment is due before your appointment or upon arrival. This helps maximize your session time and avoid impacting the next client's appointment.

Accepted payment methods include: e-transfer to krossosteopathy@gmail.com , cash and cheque.

* Treatments are covered by most third-party insurance companies.

* An emailed receipt suitable for insurance claims will be provided after your treatment.

Cancellations

Leaving a voicemail does not constitute a cancellation.

Appointments may be cancelled by email. Confirmation will be provided by email.

*Full payment* is required for : NO-SHOWS and CANCELLATIONS made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
